Warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects and software issues for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Suggested Timeline Before Which Returns Request Must Be Raised

5 days or less from the date of delivery

Conditions For Replacement

  • Damaged at the time of delivery

  • Not switching on

  • Features not working

  • Not able to sync with the smartphone

Procedures For Requesting Replacement

  • Please notify RichBean within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly click here . If you are unable to get in touch with RichBean, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.

  • If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, RichBean will share with you the address for return shipping along with the description to be added in the package. Please dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code.

  • Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.

Note: For all self-shipped returns, please ensure the product is packed properly and a reliable courier service is used.

When are returns not acceptable?

  • We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken after opening the packing.

  • The Product should not have been used.

  • All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.

Refund will not be offered under these conditions:

  • Received incomplete order

  • The Product is damaged by you

  • Wrong Order placed by you

  • Did not like the product

  • After receiving the shipped product, RichBean receives the product in a damaged condition

What is the warranty for our products?

We offer 6 months manufacturing warranty on RichBean products from the date of delivery.

How To Claim Warranty

Contact the dealer who sold you the product, or contact RichBean customer support (if purchased in our store) using the contact us form in our  Contact us page. To validate your right to limited Warranty, you must provide the original sales invoice or other proof of ownership and date of purchase. Do not return your product without prior authorization from the corresponding dealer or from RichBean customer support. Warranty repair of RichBean products must be carried out by an authorized dealer or service center. Unauthorized warranty repair will void the warranty and is performed at your sole risk.

Warranty does not cover the following points:

• The product has been subjected to unauthorized tampering, modification or repairs.

• Deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to be worn or depleted with use, such as batteries and headphone ear pads.

• The product has suffered physical damage on the account of abuse, neglect, or improper use, improper handling, storage, installation, or testing, including any use that is not in accordance with the product manual, documentation, or other instructions provided along with the product.

• The product has suffered waterlogging or any other damage due to heat, humidity or moisture doing operations.

• The product has suffered any misconduct.

Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
